About us

HYPER IT is an online retailer based in South Africa, selling tech and vehicle accessories. All prices on our site are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Use of our site

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Product information and pricing

We make every effort to display product information, images and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that item, refund you in full, and notify you of the error.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. Where we decline an order, you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept payment via Yoco and Payfast, both of which are secure, PCI-compliant South African payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to return goods, cancel an order, or request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, including your statutory cooling-off rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of HYPER IT or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPER IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of products from us, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.
